This privacy policy governs your use of the software application A Sketchy Pro for iOS and iPadOS devices. The application is a digital performance tool designed for professional magicians and entertainers.

1. Data Collection and Usage A Sketchy Pro is designed with absolute privacy in mind. We understand that as a performer, you may be working at private events, corporate functions, or weddings. The application does not collect, store, track, or transmit any personally identifiable information, analytics, or usage data to external servers. What happens on your device, stays on your device.

2. Photo Library Access & Custom Images To utilize the custom image feature, the application requires local access to your device’s Photo Library. This access is used strictly to allow you to import your own custom images and corporate logos into the app’s internal, local library for performance purposes. We do not have access to your camera roll, and your images are never uploaded to the cloud or shared with us.

3. AirDrop and Local Sharing The application allows you to share the final digital artwork with your spectators via Apple’s native AirDrop feature. This transfer occurs locally between devices. We do not monitor, log, or intercept any files shared during your performances.

4. Third-Party Services Because this is a premium, paid professional tool, A Sketchy Pro contains absolutely no third-party advertisements, tracking pixels, or marketing SDKs.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or free updates provided to the app. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
