Common questions

Is an internet connection required?
No. iPuppet works fully offline. All character animation and controls run locally on your device.

Do I need an account to use iPuppet?
No. There are no accounts, logins, or subscriptions required to use the app.

Why does iPuppet ask for Photo Library access?
This is only used if you choose to upload a home screen screenshot for Fluffy Character mode. This image is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded, shared, or sent anywhere.

Privacy Policy

AppMagicCreations ("we," "us," or "our") built iPuppet as a performance tool for ventriloquists, magicians, and performers. This policy explains what information the app does, and does not, collect.

Summary

iPuppet does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app works entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection to function.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

Personal information (name, email, contact details)
Location data
Usage analytics or tracking data
Audio recordings
Advertising identifiers

iPuppet does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks.

Photo Library Access

If you choose to use Fluffy Character mode, iPuppet may request access to your Photo Library so you can select a screenshot to use as a background image. This image:

Is stored only on your own device
Is never uploaded to any server
Is never shared with us or any third party
Can be removed at any time from within the app

Data Storage

Any preferences you set in iPuppet (such as colours, character positions, and saved character presets) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Children's Privacy

iPuppet does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data at all, this applies equally to all users.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
