• Media Access: When you use the "Choose Image" or "Select Video" features, the app uses the system-standard PhotosPicker to allow you to select content from your library.

• Local Storage only: Any images or videos you select for custom effects are copied directly to the application's local Document Directory on your device. These files are used solely for the purpose of your digital performances and are never uploaded or shared.

2. Persistent Settings

• User Preferences: The app utilizes @AppStorage to remember your toggle states (e.g., Auto-Start, Custom Background) and your preferred trigger delay.

• Local Persistence: This data is stored locally on your iPhone and is used only to maintain your customized setup between sessions.

3. Third-Party Services

• System Frameworks: The app utilizes standard Apple frameworks, including AVKit for video playback, CoreHaptics for tactile feedback, and SwiftUI for the interface.

• No Third-Party Tracking: There are no analytics, ad-tracking, or third-party SDKs integrated into the code.

4. Data Security

• Because your data never leaves your device, it is protected by your iPhone’s native security and encryption protocols.

5. Your Controls

• Deletion: Deleting the application will automatically remove all locally stored settings and any custom media you have imported into the app's document folder.

• System Permissions: You can manage or revoke access to your Photo Library at any time through your iOS Settings.
